The bid is for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of computer systems, printers, and related equipment. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for the equipment. The successful tenderer shall be required to submit a performance guarantee 5 of tender amount within 07 days of issue of letter of acceptance. The contractor shall submit his final bill to the executive engineer within 15 days of completion of work. The bid submission deadline is December 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 06 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
The following percentage of contract rates shall be payable against the stages of work shown therein: after initial inspection wherever specified and delivery at site in good condition on 70 prorata basis, on completion of prorata installation 15, on testing, commissioning and handing over 15.
The intending tenderer will provide atleast one years warranty for desktop, printer, ups microsoft office for satisfactory working after completion of work, as per manufacturer standard practice.
The competent authority on behalf of the president of india does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the bids received without the assignment of any reason.
The eligibility of the bidder shall be ascertained prior to opening his financial bid on due date and time as mentioned above. The financial bid of those tenderers not meeting eligibility criteria shall not be opened and their bid stands disqualified.
The contractor whose bid is accepted will be required to furnish performance guarantee of 5 of tender amount. In case the contractor fails to deposit the said performance guarantee within the period as indicated in schedule f, including the extended period if any, the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited automatically without any notice to the contractor.
Intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.
