The tenderer should be a Class I licensee for the year **** given by Uttarakhand State Authority for Electrical Work. The tenderer should be original reputed manufacturers of AAAC AL59, 99 sq. mm. covered conductor or their accredited representatives. The tenderer should be registered with income tax, goods and service tax, EPF, ESI and or as per requirement of prevailing law/rules of government. Minimum average annual turnover of the tenderer from best 3 financial year out of total 5 financial year should not be less than **** lakh. An undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized by notary that the tenderer has not been blacklisted debarred by any govt. undertaking govt. departments SEBs power sector utilities equivalent organization. The bidder must have successfully completed the same type of work of at least 50 ckt km/11kv/higher voltage line work for any govt. department/govt. undertaking/SEBs/power sector utilities for at least **** lakh during the last five years. Bidder shall provide performance certificate for the same type of executed works issued from competent authority of concerned govt. department/govt. undertaking/SEBs/power sector utilities for at least **** lakh. Tenderer must submit the power of attorney in respect of tender signature on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized duly notarized by notary as per proforma enclosed. The manufacturer/tenderer must have all necessary testing facilities at their works for carrying out such routine and acceptance test as prescribed in the relevant IS/International standards and any other routine and acceptance test as specified in the specification.

In case same is found then their tender/order shall be treated as cancelled at any stage and EMD/Performance security shall be forfeited.

Zero quoted rates will summarily be rejected.
