Tamin will release 90% payment immediately after certification, and the balance 10% after dispatch. tamin will release 90 payment in respect of those invoiced quantity immediately after certification by production department of tamin.

The evaluation considers only the lowest rate for all sizes for a particular quarry. only the lowest rate for all the sizes for a particular quarry will be considered to derive the lowest rate.

Eligible bidders must have minimum two years granite quarrying experience and capacity to engage mining machineries. granite quarry owners, granite factory owners and contractors having minimum two years granite quarrying experience are eligible to participate in the tender.

If TPC fails to achieve 90% of targets in a quarter, 3% of bills will be withheld. if tpc fails to achieve 90 of the targets set above in a specific quarter, 3 of the tpc bills payable only for the production quantity on that particular quarter will be withheld by tamin.

Bidders are advised to visit the quarry with prior permission before submitting quotations. the bidders are advised to visit the quarry, study the area of interest with the prior permission of the divisional manager manager concerned before submitting their page 12 of 25 quotations.

Failure to achieve targets or non-performance can lead to contract cancellation. in case of non performance or under performance or undue stoppage of production work, tamin reserves the right to cancel the total production contract.

Bidders must submit proof of annual turnover matching the amount indicated for each quarry in Annexure I. the bidders should submit proof for having annual turnover specifically noted against each quarry in the annexurei.
