The work should be completed within the stipulated period which shall be reckoned from the expiry of 15 fifteen days from the issue of letter of acceptance of tenderwork order or handing over the site or handing over reasonable number of working drawings to the contractor or the period of mobilization allowed in the work order for starting the work in special circumstances, whichever is latest.

90 payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. The balance retained 10 payment will be made after completion of warranty period.

The bid notice states that the warranty is for 6 months **** hrs from the date of completion handing over of the work whichever is earlier.

The L1 will be decided based on cost to company.

The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.

Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. The same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair replacement in case of failure under warranty guarantee.

The estimated value of tender is INR ****.

Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized dealers/sub-dealers/motor parts suppliers, fulfilling eligibility criteria.

The probable earnest cost of the amount of money is Rs. 15,00,000.

The bid submission deadline is August 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM, as per the notice.

100% payment will be made after the job is completed and verified by the competent authority. However, 10% will be kept as a deposit, which will be released after satisfactory performance and the 6-month warranty.

The successful tenderer shall stand warranty for a period of 06 months and shall be bound to attend any complaint regarding its maintenance free of cost within two days from the date of intimation, failing which the job shall be got executed at the risk cost and responsibility of the successful tenderer and the deposit amount bank guarantee cdr fdr shall be liable to be forfeited.

The lowest tenderer will be awarded the contract.

Only firms with requisite infrastructure and workshop facility for carrying out similar type of job, which may be inspected by the competent authority before awarding the job contract, should submit tender.

If a bidder withdraws their bid or makes modifications before the 180-day period, the earnest money will be forfeited. If the lowest tenderer fails to complete the job within the stipulated time, the department can get the job executed from the second lowest tenderer, and any extra cost will be recovered from the defaulting firm.

Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work and inspect the parts to be fabricated before uploading their tenders so as to acquaint themselves with exact measurement and site conditions.

The estimated total value of the tender is INR 55,500.
