Objections to technical evaluation must be submitted within 24 hours: any bidder having any objection to the technical evaluation shall submit the same, along with supporting documents, either through email to the divisional office or in person at the divisional office within 24 hours from the publication of the technical evaluation.
Bids can be rejected for false representations or poor performance: they are subject to be disqualified if they have: i made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits duly attested by magistratenotary and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.
