Time allowed for completion is 30 days as per the NIT. The work must be completed within the stipulated time period mentioned in the tender document.

Payments are made as per PWD account code, with 10% of bill amounts withheld as contractor deposit. 50% deposit released after six months of completion. All payments in Indian Rupees.

Bids may be rejected for misleading representations, poor performance record, submitting more than one bid per work, failure to upload required documents, or not being substantially responsive to bidding documents.
