Tender for development works in Municipal Council Bhogpur, Punjab. Bid documents available from **** 10:00 AM to **** 05:00 PM. Bid opening date is **** 10:00 AM. Tender form fee is INR 500. Earnest money deposit (EMD) is INR 7,200. Bidders must be registered with the municipal council or relevant government departments (civil contractor, building contractor, road works contractor, electrical contractor). Specific licenses and certificates (GST, PAN, EPF, ESI) are required. A self-declaration stating that the agency is not blacklisted is mandatory. The tender will be opened/cancelled based on the area covered in the enlistment and category of work. The work will be executed according to Punjab PWD specifications and the final payment will be based on the overall lowest statement. In case of disputes, additional deputy commissioner urban development Jalandhar will be the arbitrator. Conditional, improper, or unbalanced tenders will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for any clerical mistakes. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately. The estimated total value of the tender is INR 3,60,000. The rates of the items mentioned in the CSR and NC slips are for information only. Estimates will be paid as per the rates mentioned in the latest prevailing rates at the time of opening of the tenders. The comparative statement of rates and rates mentioned in the estimates can be seen in the municipal council office on any working days. Due to technical problems, the opening of technical and financial bids may be delayed. Agencies already working in the municipal council are not considered eligible. Bidders are responsible for any clerical mistakes or wrong entries during filling out the tender. Rates should be quoted accurately in figures and words. If any document is found false, fraud, and fake after verification, action will be taken accordingly. No agency will sublet the development work after the work order. If anyone is found doing so, strict action will be taken against the concerned agencies. The contractor will produce a photograph before the start and completion of the work. The contractor shall produce a certificate from the manufacturer that interlocking paver blocks for the specified/allotted works have been supplied by him and the grade of the paver blocks is per IS **** paver blocks should be ISI marked. All works will be completed within the stipulated time. If not, penalty will be charged as per municipal department/government instructions. Payment for supply of materials will only be made after verification of original bills and testing reports. For BM, PC works, the difference of tender bitumen price will be adjusted as per the date of works. The contractor will be bound to deposit the EPF of the employees every month. For supply of electric material, bidders should be authorized dealers of Surya Crompton, Phillips, and Bajaj and all approved brands by the government. Cable should be ISI branded. Payment will be made only after receiving the test report from NAB approved labs/engineering colleges/government laboratories. No extra payment will be made for test reports. The labor and construction society will deposit the earnest money as per the government guidelines/department instructions. If the contractor/firm/society quotes more than 25% less rates of approved rates, he shall be bound to explain the liability and mythology and shall attach an annexure to be conducted. In addition, he shall have to furnish a 5% bank guarantee of the amount of the total estimate as per the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Local Govt. notification no.
