The tender is for the repair and renovation of a Vyayamshala in Delhi. The work includes various tasks such as plastering, painting, and installing fixtures. The contractor shall be held responsibleliable full life span minimum twelve 12 months of capital asset created, whenever any deficiencyshort comingbreak down is observed which shows that the work has not been executed as per prescribed specificationsstandard or its shows that qualityquantities of the items or material used are deficient.
The participating contractors should upload selfattested copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, cpwd, railway and bsnl along with the proof of registration from respective department. iii. scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan no. vi. valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id. vii. all the requisite documents must be selfattested before uploading.
In case the 1stlowest contractor fails to deposit the said performance guarantee within the period as indicated in schedule f including the extended period if any, the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited automatically without any notice to the contractor.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
Samples of all the building materials, doors and window fittings, sanitary wares and other articles required for execution of work shall be got approved from the engineerincharge prior to their use and shall be conforming to bis mark i standard wherever applicable.
