The period of completion for the works is specified as 21 days for some lots and 7 days for others. For the specific work Plumbing and pipeline work at mullick colony pond in ward no16, the period of work is 21 days.

Payment will be made as per the availability of the fund from the government for the respective project. No mobilization advance and secured advance will be allowed.

Eligibility criteria include being a government bonafide contractor or a reputed firm with experience in similar nature of work for at least 40% of the estimated amount within the last 5 financial years. Bidders must possess a valid PAN card, GST, P. Tax challan, valid trade license, EPF registration, ITR, BS, PL, and bank solvency. Intended bidders should have an infrastructure office in South Dum Dum jurisdiction and previous experience in similar types of work, preferably in SDDM.

If any tenderer fails to produce original hard copies of uploaded documents or if any deviation is detected, the tenderer will be suspended from participating in e-tenders for a period of 3 years, user ID deactivated, and EMD forfeited. The Chairman may take appropriate legal action.

Intended bidders should attend the pre-bid meeting to know the technical formality. I have inspected the site of work covered under enit enit no circulated through office memo bearing no dated and have made myself fully acquainted with the site conditions existing level proposed level and local conditions in and around the site of work.

Any company having any legal or audit allegation will not be granted permission to participate in the said bid. If any deviation is detected in hard copies from uploaded soft copies or if there is any suppression, the tenderer will be suspended from participating in the tenders on e-tender platform for a period of 3 three years.

Tenders will be summarily rejected if any item in the statutory cover is missing. Any company having any legal or audit allegation will not be granted permission to participate. If any statements in the affidavit are proved false, the department has full right to cancel the bid with penal measures.

The period of completion for the works is specified as 7 days for most lots, with some up to 30 days. For example, Lot 1 has a duration of 27 days.

Payment will be made as per the availability of funds from the government for the respective project. No mobilization advance and secured advance will be allowed.

The tenderer whose bid has been accepted will be notified by the tender inviting accepting authority. The notification of award will constitute the formation of the contract.

They must also possess a valid PAN card, GST, P. Tax challan, valid trade license, EPF registration, ITR, BS, PL, and bank solvency. Intended bidders should have an infrastructure office in South Dum Dum jurisdiction and previous experience in such type of work, preferably in SDDM.
