The bid notice states delivery period: indian bidder: 10 weeks on fot dispatch point basis i. delivery period shall be counted from the date of release of callup purchase order. ii. date of lorry receipt lr shall be considered as the date of delivery. completion time preferred delivery.

The bid notice states he bidder should be a multi functional additive manufacturer or an authorized dealertrader for supplying mfa to any petroleum refinery. in case the bidder is a dealertrader, he needs to submit a certificate of authorization for dealershiptradership from the manufacturer. 2. for being a manufacturer of multi functional additive, bidder should submit any document in support of being a manufacturer such as registration certificate, certificate of incorporation clearly mentioning that bidder is a manufacturer of multi functional additive. or selfcertification on companys letter head, duly signed by companys ceocfo shall be considered as valid proof of being a manufacturer of multi functional additive. however indian oil reserves the right to visit bidders work to verify whether the bidder is a manufacturer or not. 10. prequalification criteria pqc 3. vendor should have supplied multi functional additive to any petroleum oil refinery worldwide in last 5 years ending on the date of publishing nit and same should have performed satisfactorily in a commercial operating unit. 4. documentary evidence in the form of latest work orderpurchase order, delivery receipts to be provided. only po number is to be given if any vendor has supplied multi functional additive to any refinery of indian oil corporation ltd. 5. the bidder shall be solely responsible for all the guarantees and services which are part of the technical specification of the current tender. the bidder shall provide the compliance statement stating the same along with the technical bid of the offer. bidders meeting the above prequalification criteria as per clause 1 to 5 will only be considered for further evaluation.
