The works covered in this tender document are required to be completed in all respects within the specified time as mentioned in NIT from the day of issue of letter of intent or allotment whichever is earlier.

Payments will be made to the contractor only against the work done or after completion of work within given time limit in all respects as per specificaions after inspection of quality quantity by the concerned engineer piu1 and work completion certificate by the concerned range officerinstructor.

Defect liability period is 01 year after the date of completion of work.

The contract ordinarily be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder whose bid has been found to be responsive and who is eligible and qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily as per the terms and conditions incorporated in the corresponding bidding document.

Bidders must ensure to upload scanned copies of all necessary documents i. e emd in form of cdr, pan, treasury receiptchallan, registration card, gst latest quarter and income tax return etc for the financial year ****.

In case of delay in the completion of work beyond stipulated period time, penalty upto maximum of 10 of the contract value shall be imposed.

The tenderer should in his own interest thoroughly inspect and examine the site, its surroundings, nature of ground, climatic conditions, accessibility and other relevant parameters for deciding the strategy to be adopted for successful executioncompletion of the work, at his own expenses and responsibility to satisfy him fully before tendering for the advertised work.

The contractorsfirms other than those registered with pwd, puducherry should producedocumentary evidence in support of their having satisfactorily completed three similar works each of 40 ofestimate cost put to tender or two works each of 60 of estimate cost put to tender or one work of 80 ofestimate cost put to tender in the last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders.
