Delivery period is within 4 weeks after issuance of LOI/purchase order. delivery period: within 4 weeks after issuance of loi purchase order.

Payment is staggered: 50 after receipt of material dismantling of existing system, 30 after satisfactory trial, 10 after completion of crushing season **** and 10 after completion of crushing season ****.

Performance security is refunded after warranty period. The performance security shall be refunded after completion of warranty performance period.

Bidders must be registered with NFCSF, NCDC, or Haryana State Sugar Federation, or provide repeat orders from two standard sugar mills. party should either be registered as standard qualified supplier with nfcsf. . . or haryana state sugar federation.

Penalty applies for late completion: a penalty @2 per week max. up to 10 will be imposed.

Bids may be rejected if not substantially responsive. submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the tender document in every respect will be at the tenderers risk and may result in the rejection of the bid.

Supply within 1 month from PO or site readiness, whichever is later. Erection and commissioning within 15 months from site readiness or receipt of materials. supply : 1months from the date of receipt of purchase order or 1 month from the readiness of site whichever is later

70% of basic price released on receipt of goods at site; remaining 30% after erection and satisfactory commissioning. 70 of basic price taxes and other charges shall be released on receipt of the tendered items works equipment wise in good condition at site

Warranty for 18 months from date of supply or 12 months from satisfactory commissioning, whichever is later. Defects rectified free of cost. warranty certificate shall be furnished on the workmanship, parts and performance of the tendered items works for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of satisfactory commissioning whichever is later

L1 (lowest evaluated price) based on total end price of all items. the evaluation for l1 shall be on total end price of all items

Bidder must be manufacturer or authorized dealer of bulk milk coolers, VFD, genset with 5 years experience, prior supply of same capacity, and average annual turnover equal to tender value. the bidder should have minimum experience of 5 years in the manufacturing supplying of tendered items works

Liquidated damages at 1% per month for delay (contract value less than Rs. 50 lakhs), max 10% of contract value. liquidated damages will be levied at 1 per month for the number of days that the supply work has been delayed

Clarifications to tender documents must be requested before 48 hours of opening of tenders. in case any bidder asks for a clarification to the tender documents before 48 hours of opening of tenders, the general manager, cdcmpu ltd will clarify the same

Bids summarily rejected if EMD not paid, prequalification criteria not met, or documents found bogus. tender will be summarily rejected if the emd requirements are not complied with

Tender estimated value is **** lakhs. tender estimated value **** lakhs

Payment is made as follows: 90 payment shall be made against the running bill or monthly bills for the work done and balance 10 shall be kept as security which shall be released after the satisfactory completion of the contract including the period of guarantee warranty.

The contractor shall give a guarantee for the work done: for a period of 90 days from the date of successful commissioning of equipment repaired.

The contract is awarded to the lowest bidder: the whole work against this tender shall be awarded to a single firm i. e. L1 bidder whose overall quoted/equated prices are lowest for the complete package.

Bidders must have experience in O&M of similar ash handling systems: minimum 2 years experience of operation maintenance work of similar automated plc controlled comprehensive hydropneumatic wet dry vacuum based ash handling system of 250 mw above generating unit and average annual turnover in last three consecutive financial years ending **** shall not be less than rs 4. 56 crores.

Penalties apply for performance failures, e. g. , penalty @20 of the monthly wet om contract value per day shall be levied if plant generation is affected due to operation and maintenance fault of om part in the wet ash handling system.

Bids can be rejected for non-compliance: incomplete, obscure or irregular tender is liable for rejection and tenders not accompanied with the prescribed emd/cost of tender shall be rejected.
