The bidder is required to undertake to deliver, install the equipment at pbti within 90 days of the opening of letter of credit lc or order confirmation in case of non lc payment.

On shipment: 90% of the for value, excluding indian agency commission shall be paid through irrevocable letter of credit lc 15 days at sight or in case of non lc, payment shall be paid through wire transfer on receipt and verification of equipment in good condition.

The bidder should attach duly signed and stamped certificate of guarantee warranty as per annexure h with the technical bid.

Financial evaluation shall be carried out based upon the for value of the equipment, including the cost of cmc and amc for six 06 years after expiry of standard warranty, excluding gst.

Only manufacturers or their authorized distributors agents are eligible for tendering.

pbti shall have the right to recover liquidated damages at the rate of 2 of the order value of the equipment per month or part thereof, by which the supplies or their satisfactory installation and commissioning is delayed subject to a maximum of 10.

If any information furnished by the bidder is, at any stage found to be incorrect, false or fabricated, the purchaser shall have the absolute right to forfeit e. m. d.

The pbti shall release the indian agency commission after 60 days of satisfactory and faultless functioning of the equipment supported by certificate from pbti as per annexure k and meeting any other requirements for payment of the agency commission except warranty obligations.

The award criterion is itemwise technical evaluation.

Samples should be produced before the technical committee for assuring the quality and should be made available for clinical use if the committee desires so.

Failure to submit documents online will attract disqualification.
