The intending bidder must have in its name or proportionate share as a member of joint venture partnership firm experience of having successfully completed similar work during last 7seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited.

If the L1 bidder backs out, the emd will be forfeited and the bidder will be debarred for minimum one 1 year from participating in tenders in cil subsidiary.

The bidder, at the bidders own responsibilities, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surrounding, approach road, soil condition, investigation report, existing works, if any, connected to the tendered work, drawings connected to the work, if as available and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for execution of the works.

If the bidder withdraws his bid after the end date of bid submission, the emd will be forfeited and bidder will be debarred for minimum 1 one year from participating in tenders in cilsecl.

The estimated value of work is **** lakhs.

Payment is 50% after satisfactory work completion and the balance 50% after satisfactory performance for the crushing season **** : 50 after satisfactory work completion of the system and balance 50 after satisfactory performance for the crushing season ****.

Unregistered firms must submit proofs of repeat orders from at least two standard sugar mills or heavy industrial organizations. incase of un registered supplier firm, it must submit proofs of repeat order of supply of same product job during the last 5 years in atleast two standard sugar mills or any standard heavy industrial organizations

If the quoted rates are not the lowest, double the difference of the cost will be recovered. if you fail to do so and amount of double the difference of the cost will be recovered from you.

Technical bids with false purchase order/workorder documents will be rejected, and strict blacklisting will occur. if any document attached in the technical bid in regards of false purchase order workorder, the technical bid of the same party will be rejected and strict action black listing will be taken by the millsmanagement if the attached documents found not genuine.
