Planting Work e-Tenders

The work period is 365 days. The bid submission closing date is **** at 01:00 PM. The work must be completed within the specified period of 01 one year.

The payment will be made as and when fund is available from the concerned source. No claim whatsoever for delay in payment, if any, will be entertained.

There will be a defect liability period of 3 three month for the work. The security deposit will be released phase wise as detailed in clause17 below.

The eligible responsive bidder, whose sum total offered price considering all the items of works stands lowest, will be considered for awarding the entire work.

Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40 forty percent of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice.

If the bidder fails to submit the additional performance security within seven working days from the date of issuance of letter of acceptance, his earnest money will be forfeited and other necessary actions as per nit like blacklisting of the contractor, etc, may be taken.

In case there is any objection regarding qualifying of any agency, that should be lodged to the vice chairman, hrbc within 48 forty eighty hours including holidays from the date and time of publication of list of qualified agencies.

If it is found that such documents submitted by the lowest tenderer are either manufactured or false, in that case letter of acceptance work order will not be issued in favour of that tenderer under any circumstances and further penal action may be taken against him as per rule.

The estimated amount is Rs. 17,22,****.

Work must be completed by 31 March 2027, as per the tentative time schedule. The contract period may be extended up to two more financial years on mutual consent. the period of contract shall initially be up to 31st march of the year which may extended upto maximum of two more financial years

Bills submitted monthly to Range Forest Officer, verified within 5 days, and payment released by the 15th of each month. the dfo will release the payment to contractor latest by 15th day of every month

Lowest bid will ordinarily be accepted. the lowest tender will ordinarily be accepted, but the authority competent to accept the tender reserves to himself the power of accepting or rejecting any tender by passing a speaking order

Bidders must be registered contractors of Haryana Forest Department with at least three years of experience in forestry activity. bidder should have through knowledge of forestry operations and at last three years of experience in forestry activity

If survival rate is below prescribed levels, the department will recover the expenditure incurred. the department shall recover the same amount of expenditure incurred on creation and maintenance of sapling till date

Bids quoting less than 102% of SOR will be rejected. the rates quoted by the contractor less than 102 of schedule of rates will be considered to be non responsive offer and shall be similarly rejected

The estimated cost is INR 55,45,000. estimated amount of work expenditure as per department sor in rs. 55, 45, 000

Work period is 30 days. Commencement date is seven days after issue of letter of intent or allotment, whichever is earlier. time for completion: means the time for completing the work or a section with any extension calculated from commencement date.

Payments are made only against work done or after completion as per specifications. no advance payments shall be made. payments will be made to the contractor only against work done or after completion of work in all respects as per specifications.

Defects liability period is six months from date of completion. the defects liability period shall be six months from the date of completion of work in all respects and dead or dying plants within 6 months must be replaced at contractor's cost.

Bidders must be registered with government organizations. the bidder must be registered in appropriate class of works with government organization like cpwd pwdj k forest department mes or psus along with verification certificate issued from concerned chief engineersuperintending engineerchief conservator of forests of enlistment registration card.

Penalties include forfeiture of security deposit and contract rescission. rescind the contract for which rescission notice of 10 days in writing to the contractor shall be conclusive evidence and in which case the security deposit of the contractor shall be forfeited

Bidders are advised to visit the site. bidder is advised to visit and examine the site, its surroundings and familiarize himself with the existing facilities and environment

Non-submission of registration certificate renders bid nonresponsive. non submission of the same shall render the bid nonresponsive. Also conditional bids shall be rejected.
