Payment is made in two stages: 90 of the payment due will be paid after successful commissioning of the work in all respects and 10 of the remaining payment shall be released after successful completion of defect liability period of 12 months.

The tender is invited on percentage basis and the bidder must quote a percentage above below at par at the bottom of the boq percentage template for the work.

Bidders must have a valid electrical enlistmentregistration contractor licence issued by the chief electrical inspector, jkpdd or equivalent, plus GSTIN, PAN, ITR, and similar work experience in the last seven years.

In case of delay in completion of work beyond stipulated period of completion, penalty upto maximum of 10 of the contract shall be imposed.

The bidder at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings before submission of bid.

The tenderbid is liable to rejection if it does not fulfill the requirements as laid down in nit. Also, failure to upload required documents renders the bid nonresponsive.

Payment will be made to the contractor monthly quarterly yearly during progress of the work subject to the audit procedure in vogue in the K. M. C. as certified of KMC authority.

Intending bidders should produce credentials of 2 two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30 of the tendered value put to tender during 5 five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid.

If any document submitted by a bidder is either manufactured or false in such cases the eligibility of the bidder tenderer will be rejected at any stage without any prejudice.
