The work is to be completed within 168 days after issue of L. O. I. WO whichever is earlier.

Payment of contract valueactual work done shall be made by sr. a. o after completion of work within 30 days of receipt of the bill along with all supporting documents after deducting 10 security and statutory deductions on successful completion of work. Remaining 10 payment will be released after successful competition of guarantee warrantee period.

The contractorfirm shall provide warranty for the workmanship of the work done for a period of 12 months. Also during the guarantee period, the firm will work do the work free of cost if same problem will occur.

Work will be given to L1 bidder mean overall L1 i. e whose overall rates would be lowest after negotiation.

A bidder shall have a valid registration certificatecontractor s id created on haryana engineering works portal. Interested bidders should upload the following documents at the time of bidding alongwith hewp registration certificate: mandatory documentsi. proof of constitution partnership deed in case of the partnership firm registration or certificate of incorporation in case of private limited company, public limited company, public sector undertaking, limited liability partnership, registration or any proof substantiating constitution in the case of society, trust, aop, government department, local authority, statutory body registration. ii. pan cardiii. gst certificateiv. undertaking of nonblacklisting certificate that contractor has not been blacklisted previouslyv. proof of immovable propertiesselfcertification that doesnt have any propertyvi. cancelled cheque proof of bank accountvii. proof of addressviii. similar works experience for the category of registration

In case of delay in completing the workjob, the penalty for delay will be imposed @1 of the total contract value per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the contract value.

Before tendering, the tenderer is advised to inspect the site of work, the environment get acquainted with the actual work other prevalent conditions, facilities available. no claim will be entertained later, on the ground of lack of knowledge.
