Period of work is 45 days for work item 1 and 60 days for work items 2 and 3, as per the tender details. The work must be completed within the specified period from the date of work order.

Payment will be made through R. A. bills and final bill. A retention towards performance security amounting to 10% including 2% earnest money of the billed amount shall be made from 1st R. A. bill to final bill.

Defect liability period is 1 year for repair renovation works and 8 years for roof treatment works by APP membranes from the date of successful completion. Contractor must maintain the work at appropriate service level during this period.

Intending civil contractor should produce credentials of similar nature of completed work as a prime agency of minimum value of 40% of estimated amount during 5 years prior to date of issue of tender notice, or 2 similar works each of 30% value, or one running work completed to 80% extent.

If any defect or damage is found during the defect liability period, contractor shall make the same good at his own cost. Failure to do so, penal action against the agency will be imposed by the department as deemed fit.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid before submitting offer. Cost of visiting the site shall be at his own expense.

Any objection regarding prequalifying the agency should be lodged to the Assistant Engineer within 2 days from the date of publication of list of qualified agencies. Beyond that time schedule no objection will be entertained.

If any document submitted by bidder is found manufactured or false, the eligibility of the bidder will be outrightly rejected at any stage. Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Bids valid for shorter period than 120 days shall be rejected as nonresponsive.

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 02 months from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later. the time allowed for carrying out the work will be 02 months
