The work is to be completed within 90 days as per the tender call notice. period of completion : 90 days.

Payment is made after successful completion, testing, commissioning, and handover to the Pani Panchayat. payment will be made after completion of work, handing over of electric line and substation to tpcodl, and after completion of all formalities with tpcodl.

Defects within 24 months of commissioning must be rectified by the contractor within 7 days. any defect that occurs within 24 months of commissioning of the package to the civil works, installation works, materials and power supply works should be rectified by the contractor within 7 day time at the latest.

Bidders need HT electrical license from ELBO, civil license of appropriate class, or a joint venture. reputed firms contractors having h. t. electrical license issued by elbo civil license of appropriate class having joint venture with the state pwd irrigation phed relevant license.

Compensation of 1/2% per week for delay, up to 10% of estimated cost. the contractor shall pay as compensation an amount equal to 1 2 on the amount of the estimated cost if the whole work as shown by the tender for every week that the work remains uncommenced, or unfinished.

Samples of materials must be deposited for testing before procurement. a sample of stone, metal, chips, sand, cement, etc to be used are to be deposited noting the quarry under dated initial of the tenderer in the office of the concerned assistant engineer, before the procurement for testing and acceptance.

Bids with false documents lead to blacklisting and EMD forfeiture. if any of the statements, documents, certificate uploaded by the bidder through e procurement portal, is found to be false fabricated bogus, the bidder will be black listed.

The contract is awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price and is within the available bid capacity.

Bidders must have minimum average annual financial turnover. . . not less than 30% of the value of work and experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works in the last seven years.

Bids can be rejected if the tender without earnest money /earnest money declaration form and tender document fee will not be opened or if the bidder does not meet qualification criteria.
