They are separate searches for different parts of your business. You could have one called Well-equipped workplaces and another called Growing in Karnataka, each with its own products, services and locations. You choose the names. The number of groups depends on your trial or plan.

Every plan includes email alerts. The Essential plan sends alerts directly to your main email. The Professional and Advanced plans let you group email addresses into lists, such as Sales and Purchasing, then choose which list receives alerts from each monitoring group. Groups define what to track; lists define who receives it. Several groups can use the same list. List and additional email limits apply to the whole plan, not separately to each group or list.

Where several daily sending times are available, the schedule applies across all groups and lists.

Yes. The AI assistant answers questions about documents the system can read, within the question limit for your trial or plan. It supports your review; check the answers against the tender documents and the official source.

Look for the document or official notice link in the opportunity. If the source portal requires a login or restricts direct access, you may need to open the procurement page and download the documents there.

If you do not choose a paid plan, the tender list becomes limited. Nothing is charged automatically. You decide whether to subscribe and continue with the features of your chosen plan.
