Bidders need experience in annual maintenance/overhauling of SWRO/BWRO skids in a thermal power station of 210 MW or above, for a value not less than Rs. 4,44,020 in a single order within the last 10 years. previous experience in carrying out annual maintenanceoverhauling rectification of swrobwro skid in rodm plant

Liquidated damages for delay are 0. 5% of the contract price per week of delay, with a maximum of 10% of the contract value. levy of liquidated damages for delay at half percent 0. 5 of the contract price of the undeliveredcompleted items for each calendar week of delay

Clarifications to tender documents must be requested before 48 hours of opening of tenders. in case any tenderer asks for a clarification to the tender documents before 48 hours of opening of tenders

Bids will be summarily rejected if EMD requirements are not complied with, if BQR is not satisfied, or if bids are received through consortium or joint venture. tenders will be summarily rejected if the emd requirements are not complied with

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 01 month from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first day of handing over of the site, whichever is later.

Payment on account of work done on the allotted rates shall be made to the contractor after deduction of security deposit @2. 50 and other charges etc. from running bills as well as the final bill.

The enlistment of intending contractors should be valid on the last date of submission of bids. The copy of the enlistment certificate and other documents as specified above in etender notice shall be scanned and uploaded.

The agency will provide caution tapes signs around the work excavated trenches pits, manholes roof edges etc. with his own cost otherwise 1 one percent penalty of total work will be deducted.

The intending bidders/contractors are advised to inspect and examine the site its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders/bids.

If the bidder does not deposit online emd of requisite value, then tender will be rejected summarily. The bidder is found ineligible. The successful tenderer after becoming lowest does not submit the hard copies of the documents as uploaded online with the bid within seven days.

The estimated cost of work is Rs. 3,92,000. This estimate, however, is given merely as a rough guide.
