The tender is for the development of allied infrastructure at Sainik School, Imphal, Manipur, under the NESIDSOTRI scheme in EPC mode. The estimated cost is **** lakh. The work includes construction of a hostel, overhead tank, and fencing. Bids must be submitted online by December 20, 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025. The work has a completion period of 24 months. A performance guarantee of 5% of the bid amount is required. The bidder must have experience in similar construction works and meet financial turnover criteria. A site visit is mandatory.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 24 months (23 months for execution of original work plus 01 month for approvals), from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first day of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
The payment shall be in accordance with the provisions of clauses of the schedule of payment.
Maintenance defect liability period would be uniformly two (2) year from the date of taking over the respective buildings complete in all respects fit for occupation. structural defect liability period would be uniformly ten (10) year from the date of taking over the respective buildings complete in all respects fit for occupation for which guaranty bond for ten (10) years should be submitted for amount of 1 of the tendered cost at the time of handing over.
The employer reserves the right, without being liable for any damages or obligation to inform the bidder, to amend the scope and value of contract to the bidder and reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor or subcontractor at least similar works during the last five years ending 31 st march, 2025. The bidder should have had average annual financial turnover of **** lakhs on construction works during the last three consecutive years and balance sheet duly audited by a chartered accountant ending 31st march, 2024.
The bidder is advised to visit the site of work, at his own cost, and examine it and its surroundings to himself collect all information that he considers necessary for proper assessment of the prospective assignment.
Samples of the materials of approved make shall be got approved from the engineerincharge before use in the work.

The estimated cost is **** lakh inclusive of 18% GST and 1% cess.
