The time allowed for execution of the work is 45 days from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.

The interim or running account bills shall be submitted by the contractor for the work executed on the basis of such recorded measurements in the format of the department in triplicate on or before the 7th day of every calendar month of the measurements recorded upto previous month as per clause 6.

The contractor shall be responsible for safely quality and soundness of the building including structural element beyond maintenance. The contractor shall have obligation to rectified such defects to minimum upto 5 five years from the date of completion of work.

The competent authority on behalf of the ndmc does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the bids received without the assignment of any reason.

Contractors who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to apply. joint ventures are not accepted.

If the contractor fails to maintain the required progress in terms of clause 5 or to complete the work and clear the site on or before the contract or justified extended date of completion as per clause 5 excluding any extension under clause 5. 5 as well as any extension granted under clauses 12 and 15, he shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the government on account of such breach, pay as compensation the amount calculated at the rates stipulated below as the authority specified in schedule f may decide on the amount of accepted tendered value of the work for every completed daymonth as determined that the progress remains below that specified in clause 5 or that the work remains incomplete.

The bidder may inspect the site on any working day and may contact for any query or technical clarification to executive engineer bmihead of department.

The contractor shall, at his own expense, supply to the engineerin charge samples of materials to be used on the work and shall get these approved in advance.

The bid submitted shall be opened at 04: 30 pm on ****.

The work is estimated to cost rs 37, 82, 000.
