The completion time of the work is 30 days from the date of issuing the work order.

Upon successful completion of the work, triplicate bills along with a completion certificate must be submitted for payment.

The defect liability period will be for a period of manufacturer guarantee from the date of completion of the job.

The university is not bound to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

Intending bidders must have credential for satisfactory completion of similar nature of job amounting to 75% of the quoted value in a single tender in the last three financial years.

Liquidated damage will be charged at 0. 01% per day to a maximum limit of 10% of the contract value if the work is not completed within the stipulated time.

The bidder should inspect the site for the mentioned work before bidding of the tender.

Submission of false documents by a bidder is strictly prohibited and will result in the rejection of their tender and blacklisting.

The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 4,53,**** including GST approx.

The intended completion period is 02 calendar months.

The contractor shall furnish a guarantee that all items of work installed and supplied shall be free from any defect for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of final completion and commissioning.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated price.

Tenderers must be specialized agencies authorized by Odisha Fire and Emergency Services, have a valid MOU with an electrical contractor, possess a valid GSTIN registration certificate and PAN card, and have relevant experience in similar works.

If the bidder withdraws the bid after opening but within the validity period, or fails to sign the agreement within the stipulated period, the bid security shall be forfeited.

Tenderer should visit the site to assess the quantity of work to be executed consulting the Superintending Engineer, Ganjam RB Division No. II, Berhampur.

In case of any query or discrepancies in technical specification, the same should be brought to the notice at least before seven clear working days of closing of tender.

Bidders are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, indulged in unlawful corrupt means, or are blacklisted.

The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 4,22,****.
