Street Food e-Tenders

The tender involves the construction of roads and a building. Contractors must register on eproc. punjab. gov. in and possess a digital signature. Earnest money must be submitted via epayment. The tender form costs **** must be enlisted with the Municipal Council or relevant government departments. GST, income tax, EPF, and other taxes will be deducted. The validity of the tender is 180 days. The work will be executed according to MW4 form and PWD specifications. The final payment will be based on the lowest overall statement. Disputes will be resolved by the Additional Deputy Commissioner General Hoshiarpur. The contractor must upload various documents, including PAN card, GST registration, and ESI/EPF certificates. The contractor must also upload a self-declaration regarding blacklisting. The contractor must provide a certificate from the manufacturer that interlocking paver blocks for the specified/allotted work have been supplied by him and the grade of the paver blocks is per **** paver blocks should be isi marked. The contractor shall have to submit his work done bill for payment. Payment for supply of materials shall only be made after verification of original bills and testing reports. In concrete works, only ready mix concrete will be allowed. Test reports from approved lab will be submitted by the contractorsociety before bill. All the works will be completed within the stipulated time as per mentioned in the nit. If the contractor will not do so then the penalty will be charged as per the department/govt. instructions. In the supply of employees/manpower, the contractor will be bound to deposit the epf of the employees every month in the epf department and also be bound to submit the epf challans before last date of the every month. Otherwise payment for next month will not be made. Regarding supply of electric material, bidder should be authorized dealer of surya, crompton, phillips bajaj etc. cable should be isi branded. The payment of work done will be made only after the receiving the test report from nabl aproved labs/engineering collages/govt. laboratories. Nothing will be paid extra for test reports to the contractorsociety. The labour and construction society will deposit the earnest money as per the govt. guidelines/department instructions. The contractor/firmsociety in bound to help the technical as well as financial audit teams sampling is must for the materials used in the construction from the approved labs from n. a. b. l. The contractor/firmsociety has to install a board at site with the name of works, estimated cost. specifications, time limit , name of contactor and name of engineer inchargealongwith his/her telephone numbers. All documents attached by the contractor/firmsociety including resolution should be signed by authorized signatory. The technical bid requires proof of enlistment, authorized signatory details, PAN card, GST number, EPF and ESI certificates, a self-declaration regarding blacklisting, and other relevant documents. The bid opening date is January 7, 2026.
