Payment within 30 days of certified bill after successful completion. 100 payment will be released within 30 days on receipt of bill duly certified by bill certifying authority after successful completion of job

Lowest price excluding GST. l1 bidder will be decided on lowest quoted price in totality excluding gst.

Technical eligibility as per SOTR clause 12, self-certification of no blacklisting, GST registration required. the bidder should give selfcertification as per annexure6 that they have neither been blacklisted nor have received any tender holiday

Liquidated damages at 1/2% per week, max 5% of unexecuted job. liquidated damages 1 2 per week max. 5 of unexecuted job

Site visit is mandatory for participation. attending prebid meeting and site visit is mandatory for participation against this tender as per sotr.

Queries must be raised in writing at least 7 days before bid closing. the same shall immediately brought to notice of grse tendering dept. in writing not less than 07 days prior to bid closing date.

Bids rejected for incomplete documents, missing EMD, not attending prebid/site visit, conditional offers, or false documents. any bid received from any vendor who has not attended prebid meeting andor did not visit the site will not be considered
