Tender for supply of materials for VBG Ram G works across various Gram Panchayats within Nandigrami Development Block. Bids are invited through a two-cover system. Resourceful and bonafide contractors of government, semi-government undertaking, autonomous bodies, statutory bodies who satisfy the terms and conditions set out in prequalification document and having registration in e-procurement portal www. ***. *. * under Govt. of West Bengal may submit their bids.
If the lowest tenderer fails to execute the agreement within the date mentioned in the letter of intimation or fails to complete the work in stipulated time, his/her earnest money will stand forfeited without assigning any reason thereof.
Following the public announcement of technical evaluation results, there will be a period of 48 hours during which any bidder may submit a complaint, which shall be considered for resolution before opening the financial bid.
Bidders who meet the minimum qualification criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity for construction work is equal to or more than the total bid value. They are also subject to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, or participated in previous bidding for the same work and quoted unreasonably high or low bid prices without rational justification.
