The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest evaluated acceptable bid price, subject to eligibility and qualification criteria.

Bidders must have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, meeting specific cost thresholds. Average annual financial turnover for the last three years must be at least 30% of the estimated cost. Bidders must also be GST registered.
