Payment is stage-wise: 50% on 60% work completion, 30% on 100% completion, 10% on joint protocols, and 10% after warranty period. 50 payment of contract value will be paid as stage payment

Warranty period is 180 days from successful commissioning. Defective work must be rectified at contractor's cost. warrantyguarantee defective design, material and workmanship shall be rectified by the contractor at its own cost for a minimum period of 180 days

The contract is awarded to the lowest quoted/equated price for the complete package. the whole work against this tender shall be awarded to a single firm whose overall quotedequated prices are lowest for the complete package.

Bidders must be OEM or registered vendor of HPGCL, or have executed similar thermal insulation works of 110 MW or above in the preceding 7 years. the bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer or a registered vendor of hpgcl as per vendor registration policy for thermal and spray insulation works

Penalty for delay is 1% of total job order value per week or part thereof, subject to maximum of 10%. penalty for delay will be imposed @1 of the total each job order value per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10

Bids may be rejected if contractor ID on HEWP portal is not available, EMD not deposited, or misleading information is provided. the bidder must have contractor id on hewp portal haryana engineering works portal for participation in the tendering process failing which the firms tender will be straight away rejected.

Payment terms state: 92 progressive payment will be made after successful completion of the progressive job balance 8 will be kept as security deposit which will be released after completion of the guarantee period.

The award criterion is: L1 bidder will be selected on lowest rate exclusive GST offer basis on totality.

Bidders must have experience of having successfully completed similar work of insulation of turbine its auxiliary/boiler auxiliaries in power plant and average annual turnover of the bidder must not be less than rs. 1,53,**** over three consecutive years.

Penalty clause: in case of failure to complete the job within the given time period, necessary l. d. will be deducted from contractors bill at the rate 0. 5 half percent/week basis of total l. s. contact value subject to maximum 5 of the l. s contract value.

Bids may be rejected if any of the non statutory items in the technical cover is missing or if any document uploaded/submitted by a bidder is either fabricated or manufactured or false or incorrect.
