BEL preferred payment terms are: 90 payment within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of the equipment at bel, panchkula.

The warranty period is 12 months from installation and commissioning at bel panchkula.

Prequalification requires audited balance sheet and profit loss account of bidder for last 3 years for analysis and review.

If the supplier fails to deliver stores on time, BEL can recover agreed liquidated damages, and not by way of penalty a sum of 0. 5 of the price of any stores not supplied in time for each week of delay or part of a week with a ceiling of 10.

Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
