The employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. The award will be based on the lowest valid tender.

Contractors must be approved and eligible. Non-CPWD contractors need to have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last seven years, with specific financial turnover and net worth requirements. A valid license under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, ****, is mandatory.

Penalties will be levied for late wage disbursement (**** per day per person), unsatisfactory work performance (**** per day per complaint, max Rs. 25,000 per month), and insufficient manpower (**** per absentee per day). Failure to meet statutory requirements can lead to blacklisting.

The bidder is advised to visit the sites of work, at his own cost, and examine it and its surroundings himself to collect all information that he considers necessary for proper assessment of the prospective assignment.

Bids may be rejected if not complete, if there is a discrepancy between uploaded and physical documents, or if the tenderer does not quote a percentage above/below the total amount.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 82,42,089.
