Suction Vent e-Tenders

The block repair and painting of LCT vessel M. V. Bulbul must be completed within 120 one hundred twenty days from date of receipt of vessel.

Payment will be made against submission of bill in triplicate along with work done certificate, copies of work order and necessary relevant measurement sheet etc.

The repairer will provide warranty for a period of 06 six month from the date of completion.

WBSTC shall award the contract to an offerer whose offer has been found to satisfy all the requirements of the offer document and whose offer has been adjudged most beneficial to the WBSTC.

Agencies must have at least 05 five years experience and should have the credentials of similar nature of works completed successfully and satisfactorily. They must also have a ship building yard with river front opening and requisite facilities of his own or on lease rent basis.

A liquidated damage of @0. 15 of the work order value will be deducted from the total bill value for delay in completion of work for every week or part thereof.

Engineers of WBSTC and ESS, IWT will inspect the repair work periodically jointly. The work has to be carried out strictly as per the work order.

The offer is likely to be rejected if the tender has not strictly followed the procedure laid down for submission of offer, the tenderer has proposed additional conditions, or the tenderer has made misleading or false representations.

The estimated cost is Rs. 1, 25, 69, **** rupees one crore twentyfive lakh sixtynine thousand two hundred ten only excluding gst.

The successful bidder shall be responsible for supplying the ordered manifold items within the time period of 4 to six weeks or as specified in the supply orders issued by SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar. The items shall be delivered at the designated store/consignee location of SKIMS at the supplier's own cost and risk.

100% payment shall be released after receipt of material, its inspection, verification, and bills thereof.

The guarantee/warranty for the items shall be as per the manufacturers standard terms and conditions.

Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, or registered suppliers. They need to provide proof of tender fee payment, EMD, GST registration, latest GST return/tax clearance, PAN card, and documentary evidence of experience in supplying similar items for a minimum of three years. An undertaking regarding acceptance of terms, no blacklisting, no litigation, and authenticity of documents is also required.

In case of delay or failure in supply, the institute may terminate the contract, recover losses, impose a penalty not exceeding 10% of the order value, or confiscate EMD. For rejected supplies not lifted back within 15 days, a penalty of 2% of the rejected supplies' value per day will be imposed, doubling in subsequent weeks, and material will be auctioned after one month with storage charges recovered.

The bidder shall be required to submit samples of the tendered items, if and when required, for evaluation and technical assessment. Failure to submit the required samples within the stipulated time, as and when called for, shall render the bid liable for rejection.

Bids may be rejected if samples are not submitted on time when called for, if original instruments for cost of documents and EMD are not submitted by the deadline, or if any item in the BOQ is left unquoted.
