100% of the basic value will be paid by e-RTGS within 30 days after receipt, acceptance, and successful installation of spares at BHEL RD, Hyderabad. Taxes will be reimbursed against submission of proof of remittance of taxes to the Govt. of India.

Suppliers should provide a minimum warranty for the spares against any manufacturing defects, which will be covered for a period of 4 months from the date of installation.

The bid notice states make manufacturer prequalification criteria: 1. 1 offers from bhelhpvp, visakhapatnam approved manufacturers for supply of similar ss pipes tubes are acceptable. 1. 2 offers from other manufacturers, who have registered with any of the bhel units regions for similar type of ss pipes tubes shall also be considered on submission of valid bhel registration letter. 1. 3 offers from other manufacturers, who have supplied similar type of ss pipes tubes to any of the bhel units regions any psus in last 5 years shall also be considered on submission of po copy, inspection reports, lr, invoice copy job completion certificate. 1. 4 offers from stockists and traders are not acceptable.

The bid notice states in case bhel is forced to pay any of such taxesduties, bhel shall have the right to recover the same from his bills or otherwise as deemed fit along with the applicable overheads @5 and interest on the total value i. e. amount paid by bhel overhead however, provisions regarding gst on output supply goodsservice and tdstcs as per income tax act shall be as per following clauses.
