They must also have obtained E. P. F. code no. or exemption certificate and tax identification number.

If the contractor is found to be deliberately delaying the work or is habitual of delaying execution, they can be blacklisted. If the work carried out is sub-standard, the work order can be terminated, and the contractor is liable to be blacklisted/debarred.

Before filling this tender, the contractor can see the detailed drawings and specifications in the office of the Divisional Engineer and shall visit the site and satisfy himself as to the conditions prevalent there.

Any dispute shall have to be referred to the arbitrator within two weeks after the final payment and no claim shall be entertained thereafter.

Tenders received without requisite earnest money, incomplete tenders, conditional tenders, or tenders not fulfilling any of the specified conditions are liable to be rejected. If false/forged information is furnished for prequalification, the bidder shall be liable to be blacklisted and debarred from further participation.

If the contractor is found to be carrying carriage of material by recovery @50% from the bill of the contractor/agency/LC society, penalty shall be levied. If the firm is deliberately delaying the work or is habitual of delaying the execution of work, that firm can be blacklisted.
