The tender seeks proposals for establishing a Centre of Innovation & Industry 4. 0 in Ladakh. The scope includes supplying, installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining hardware and software. Bidders must submit a technical and financial bid. The deadline for bid submission is 07/07/2025 at 10:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05/07/2025 at 03:00 PM. A tender fee of INR 5,000 is required. An earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 5,00,000 is also required. The validity of the quoted offer should cover the period of 90 days from the opening of the tender. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the setup for a period of 01 year with minimum 01 year manufacturer's warranty from the OEM from the date of delivery. Additional documents and compliance requirements are detailed in the annexures. Bidders must be registered with the competent authority if from a country that shares a land border with India. All information in the tender/bid should be in English and each page signed and stamped. Payment terms are detailed in the special terms and conditions. The successful bidder has to sign an agreement with lreda/lahdc to comply with all rules, regulations, laws and byelaws enforced by the administration of ut ladakh and lreda/lahdc, ladakh. Bidders should quote for all accessories, which are either part of an item or are necessary for proper functioning of that item. The successful bidder shall have to deposit 5% of the total value of supply as security money in the form of performance bank guarantee/fdr/dd or online transfer in favor of the **** director, lreda-lahdc, lehu0094 payable at leh; which will be refunded after completion of the warranty and support period or will be adjusted/forfeited in case of violation of terms and conditions laid down in this tender. AMC will be applicable post 12 month of date of successful installation, commissioning, training and completion of the project. Additional similar equipment or components may be required later, contingent on additional funding being made available. Lreda/lahdc shall decide to add or drop any item at any stage of the tender process or on award of purchase order to successful bidder. The entire execution is essential for the said project and successful bidder has to ensure necessary coordination with all stakeholders at union territory. Bidder shall be responsible to provide all the electrical equipment (like wires, pipes, mcbs, switches, etc. ) that would be required to complete the project without any extra cost. Any bidder from a country which shares a land border with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the competent authority. All legal disputes, arising if any, would be settled under jurisdiction of common high court of jammu and kashmir& ladakh. arbitration shall be only in the union territory of ladakh.
