The completion time for the work is 30 days including all taxes.

Techno-commercial bids of the tenderers shall first be scrutinized and evaluated by HPSEBL Ltd. and the price bids of only those tenderers shall be opened who are evaluated as capable to do the tendered work.

Eligible contractors enlisted with HPSEBL, HPPWD, HP Housing Board, JSV, CPWD, MES, MSME registered under HP Govt. , Central Govt. Factories/Industries Act are eligible. Bidders must possess and deploy necessary machinery and equipment for the work.

Those who tamper the tender documents are liable for rejection.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 8,64,055.

The contractor shall complete the movement within the time schedule set by the District Manager of the concern district.

Payment will be made by the concerned District Manager on submission of bills, in triplicate, duly supported by consignee receipts on a monthly basis. Bills should be submitted not later than 2 months from the date of expiry of the contract.

The tender will be finalized on merits of rest bids if the rate quoted by the bidder is less than 15% of the tendered amount. If the rate quoted is up to ****, it will be considered in financial bid evaluation.

Each tenderer should have dedicated 02 two separate transport vehicles registered in his/her name (in family members) of **** MT capacity for each unit. Tenderer must furnish a capability certificate of Rs. two crores from any scheduled nationalized bank. Tenderer should have experience of transportation with PSU, OSCSC, Govt. Dept. , Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy, coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity.

In case of deficiency in service by contractor in not providing tarpaulins for spreading on the decks of trucks or for covering the truck after loading, liquidated damages @Rs. 200 per truck will be imposed. In case of shortage, wastage, loss or damages to the goods in transit, the contractor is liable to pay liquidated damages at twice the economic cost of CMR and twice the MSP.

The document clearly states that loading and unloading of CMR bags dumping on the platform at RRC level shall be done by the custom miller, implying no sample submission is required from the transport contractor.

Tenderers who have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government department, or whose contract has been terminated, or whose EMD/security deposit has been forfeited, will be ineligible. Providing false information can lead to disqualification and blacklisting.

Tender fee is non-refundable and must be deposited through the online DJB portal. EMD must be submitted as a scanned copy of the receipt through DJB subpaisa or in the shape of FDR of a scheduled bank.

Eligible registered contractors in DJB/CPWD or Govt. departments registered in appropriate category, class tendering limit who have executed similar nature of works are eligible.

Bids submitted without the tender processing fees and EMD shall be liable for rejection.

The estimated total value for the improvement of water supply in Gali no. 4 and Gali no. 8 is INR 15,27,****.

The period of completion for the work is 545 days.

There is a liability period of 12 months for civil works and 8. 24 months for EM works.

Bidders should submit their bids only if they consider themselves eligible and are in possession of all the requisite documents, with requisitework experience and financial capabilities.

The estimated cost of the work is INR 2,13,26,****.

The completion time of the work is 30 days from the date of issuing the work order.

Upon successful completion of the work, triplicate bills along with a completion certificate must be submitted for payment.

The defect liability period will be for a period of manufacturer guarantee from the date of completion of the job.

The university is not bound to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

Intending bidders must have credential for satisfactory completion of similar nature of job amounting to 75% of the quoted value in a single tender in the last three financial years.

Liquidated damage will be charged at 0. 01% per day to a maximum limit of 10% of the contract value if the work is not completed within the stipulated time.

The bidder should inspect the site for the mentioned work before bidding of the tender.

Submission of false documents by a bidder is strictly prohibited and will result in the rejection of their tender and blacklisting.
