The supply, installation, testing and commissioning under this tender are required to be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of award of the tender/issue of purchase order, whichever is later.

The bid notice states that he payment will be released after satisfactory complete installation, commissioning, training, receipt of performance guarantee and inspection by the university inspection committee. no advance payment will be made in my case.

The bidder shall provide comprehensive onsite warranty for a period of 60 months for all items from the last date of completion installation.

The lowest financial bidder totalwise for all the fm transmission system shall only be considered for award of work.

The bidder must upload the documents on eprocurement e website as per the tender clause 13.

If the bidder fails to install the fm transmission system within the period specified in the purchase order, university shall deduct from the contract price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to 1 one percent of the contract price of the delayed goods weekly or part thereof of delay until actual delivery. The penalties will be maximum of 10 of the contract amount awarded value.

The estimated cost of material is Rs. 10,14,800 inclusive of GST.

The successful vendors will be selected based on L1 criteria and included in the approved vendor source list of BEL for subsequent placement of supply orders, subject to meeting all other relevant TC criteria. vendors successfully completing the evaluation trials of the prototype will be selected based on l1 criteria and included in the avdsource list ofbel for subsequent placement of supply orders, subject to meeting all other relevanttc criteria.

The eligibility criteria for Indian vendors other than MSMEs/startups are: public/private limited companies, partnership firms, etc. , registered under Indian laws. The entity must be owned and controlled by resident Indian citizens. Startups recognized by the Department of Industrial Policy Promotion (DIPP) are eligible. MSMEs vendors eligibility criteria is as per: https:msme. gov. in/knowaboutmsme. all the entities except msmesstartups satisfying all of the following criteria shall be considered as an eligible indian vendor for evaluation ofeoi by bel.
