Payment is made after satisfactory completion of work as per specification.

The work to be executed will be guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of completion of work.

Bidders must have valid registration and previous experience of satisfactory and successful execution of similar works.

Bidders are advised to visit the site of work thoroughly in advance to understand the work fully before quoting the rates.

Furnishing forged copies of documents shall not only be liable to blacklisting of the firm from djb but appropriate legal action shall be taken against the bidder.

The contract duration will be three months from the date of award of contract. the duration of the contract will be three months from the date of award of contract.

For MSE bidders, payment is 45 days from CRAC date; for medium enterprises, it is 60 days; for non-MSE bidders, it is 90 days from CRAC date. for mse bidders micro small, 100 payment 45 days from crac date upon b submission of billing documents as mentioned in sl. no. 10 below.

Bidders must be registered licensed companies, and for MSE bidders, an Udyam registration certificate is required. if the bidder is a mse bidder, then udyam registration certificate shall be enclosed.

Detention charges and penalty charges will apply as per special conditions of the contract. detention charges, penalty charges, etc. , will apply as per special conditions of the contract.

Offers may be rejected if credentials are found spurious or if the bidder is under corporate insolvency resolution process. in case, any credential s isare found to be v spurious, offer of the bidder is liable to be rejected.
