Abnormally low bids will be reviewed. The decision of the Conservator of Forests is final. The scope of work includes planting and associated operations. The site cleaning is included in the rates. Planting should be done before winter. Watering should be done if water facility is not proper. All plant material is to be carefully protected. Container trees must be carefully removed. Microcatchments must be prepared. Mulching must be done. Staking or guying may be required. The project will be accepted upon inspection. The plant count will be done using the paper flag technique.
