The contract is for one year, extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance. NGOs/animal welfare organizations must be recognized by the Animal Welfare Board of India and have a veterinary doctor registered with the State Veterinary Council or Veterinary Council of India, with a minimum of **** ABC surgeries experience. An EMD of Rs. 4,**** is required. The successful bidder must execute an agreement on stamp papers. The contractor must start ABC operations within fifteen days after the allotment letter/agreement is issued.

The contractor shall carry out sterilization in accordance with standard operating procedure sop for sterilization of stray dogs under the animal birth control program compiled by animal welfare board of india and various guidelines of state and center govt. The contractor shall abide by the provisions of the prevention of cruelty of animal act, **** and animal birth control dogs rules, 2023 and any other applicable rule of state and center govt. The contractor shall preserve the reproductive organs uterus, ovaries, fallopian, tubes, testicles etc removed during operations in formalinvinegar. The contractor shall hand over the organs of the preceding month to the official of the committee authorized by the district municipal commissioner, nuh. The contractor should have record of all dogs from where they catch the dogs. The contractor shall release the dogs after proper postoperative recovery and release back the same area from where they had been catched. The identification mark i. e. ear notching visible will be done by the contractor on every sterilized dog. The contractor would submit monthly bill mentioning therein arewise details of stray dogs sterilized immunized based on the number of released dogs for reimbursement. Income tax shall be deducted from the total monthly bills of the contractor at source at the rates as applicable from time to time, in accordance with the lawinstructionsrules applicable in this regard. The contractor have to make arrangement of adequate manpower at his own level and the committee will not provide any employee or manpower, whatsoever, for any jobactivity except receiving the organs and at the time of release of dog after sterilizations. The contractor shall maintain the daily record in a register w. r. t. area of captured malefemale identification of dogs release thereafter. The said register shall have to be made available as and when demanded by the authorized official of the committee. The contractor shall ensure that the sterilization immunization of the stray dogs shall be conducted through qualified veterinary doctors registered with veterinary committee of indiastate veterinary committee. These doctors should maintain the relevant records of all the dogs as per prescribed performa s of sop till these are released by them after abc and arv after proper postoperative care. The contractor shall have to make monthly schedule of catching stray dogs from the designated arewardsectorvillagecolony etc in consultation with authorized officer of the committee. The contractor shall ensure that its staff participating in the abc ary programme are immunized against rabies on regular basis. The contractor shall issue identify card at his own cost to his entire staff and they shall be bound to display the identity cards during the duty hours. The contractor shall ensure that the police verification of all the persons deployed by himher has been formally done. The contractor should get all his employees medically examined from a qualified doctor and ensure that none of them is suffering from any contagious disease. The district municipal commissionerexecutive engineerchief sanitary inspector of municipal council nuh may carry out inspection of the shelterpremises, through his authorized officersemployees, at any reasonable times. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the conduct and discipline of its entire staff. This work pertain to sterilization of stray dogs of mc tauru area, it includes pick up the malefemale stray dogs from the mc tauru limit, perform sterilization operationovariohysteretonmy castration, vaccinate with antirabies vaccine, kept under observation for at least 3 days or suggested by awbi in kennel and release them back to their respective location. all the work shall be done as per guideline of awbi.
