The department has the option of a third party quality check. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. In force majeure conditions the decision of the department shall be final and binding. All watch and ward of the equipment material to be erected at site to be used in job work will be the responsibility of the contractor till the testing commissioning and handing over of the equipment is done in writing to the department. Firm should ensure use of safety equipment by their workers/labours during execution of work and in the event of the death of any workman, the bidder will be responsible to pay a compensation of Rs. 30 lacs. The firm must have EPF and ESI registration. Latest ESI/PF written submission shall be uploaded by the firm. If rates quoted less than the minimum wages by any bidder liable to be rejected. Work order will be issued to L1 bidder in totality only if the rates are more than or equal to the minimum wages. In RMO cases where sites will be taken over by the firm, the agency has to submit the indemnity bond of equivalent amount of the equipments/machinery as mentioned in BOQ at the time of awarding of work. The firm must be registered with the department of labour Govt. of NCT of Delhi and other state in commercial establishment for manpower/labour export.
