If the supplier fails to deliver within the specified time, liquidated damages of half percent (0. 5%) of the contract price for each completed week of delay will be recovered, not exceeding 10% of the contract price. if the supplier fails to deliver the equipmentsmaterials within the time specified in thecontract or any extension thereof, the purchaser shall recover from the supplier asliquidated damages, a sum of half percent 0. 5 of the contract price of the undeliveredequipmentsmaterials for each completed week of delay.
