90 payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. the firms will be required to submit the bank details in the prescribed format along with tender document see annexure v the balance retained 10 payment will be made after completion of warranty period.
Guarantee/warranty is 6 months **** hrs from the date of completion handing over of the work whichever is earlier. if any item repaired against the work order fails because of poor workmanship or quality, the same shall be replaced repaired free of cost within 15 days failing which the ld clause as in sl no. 10 will be applicable and the company shall have the power to recover the total repairing cost of the failed items from any of the pending bills of the repairer. if any assembly is repaired departmentally during the warranty period the total cost of repair including spares, manpower and other overhead cost will be recovered from the contractor.
The l1 will be decided based on cost to company.
The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.
Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. the same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair replacement in case of failure under warranty guarantee.
Every tenderer is expected, before quoting his rates, to go through the requirements of materialsworkmanship under specificationrequirements and conditions of contract and to inspect the sitearea of the proposed work at his own cost. it shall be deemed that the tenderer has visited the sitearea and got fully acquainted with the working conditions and other prevalent conditions and fluctuations thereto whether they actually visited the sitearea or not and have taken all the above factors into account while quoting his rates.
The bidder may seek clarification online within the specified period. the period for seeking clarification by bidder will be up to 7seven days before the end date of bid submission. the replies to clarification sought by bidder should be given by the department at least 2two days before the end date of bid submission.
