Intending quotationers should quote their rate of materials stated below through online mode, mentioning their names, addresses and present phone numbers. They are also being requested to enter their quoted item rates per unit quantity on the proper item rate quote box, after carefully verifying the memo no. , date of notice inviting quotation and concern Gram Panchayat name, otherwise it will not be entertained. Scanned and self-attested copies of the following documents to be uploaded in PDF format in e-portal: Copy of PAN card, Copy of IT return certificate latest, Copy of GST registration certificate GST return, Copy of trade registration certificate latest, Copy of credential certificate of any previous similar type of work under government sector government undertaken sector.

The suppliers agencies will have to inspect the site in consultation with respective Gram Panchayats before submitting the quotation.

If any document submitted by a bidder is either manufacture or falsefabricated, in such cases the eligibility of the biddertenderer will be out rightly rejected at any stage without any prejudice.

The approximate time for completion of the work will be 180 days after the date of issue of the work order or acceptance letter to the contractor, but shall complete at least 90% within 90 days.

The defect liability period is 42 days (6 weeks) for earthwork and 365 days for all other works.

Only contractors registered with Punjab Water Resources, Department/Pwrmdc, who have successfully completed at least two major works of similar nature valuing not less than the amount of work of this tender during the last three consecutive calendar years, shall be considered. They must also have obtained E. P. F. code no. or exemption certificate and tax identification number.

If the contractor is found to be deliberately delaying the work or is habitual of delaying execution, they can be blacklisted. If the work carried out is sub-standard, the work order can be terminated, and the contractor is liable to be blacklisted/debarred.

Before filling this tender, the contractor can see the detailed drawings and specifications in the office of the Divisional Engineer and shall visit the site and satisfy himself as to the conditions prevalent there.

Any dispute shall have to be referred to the arbitrator within two weeks after the final payment and no claim shall be entertained thereafter.

Tenders received without requisite earnest money, incomplete tenders, conditional tenders, or tenders not fulfilling any of the specified conditions are liable to be rejected. If false/forged information is furnished for prequalification, the bidder shall be liable to be blacklisted and debarred from further participation.
