The tender is for the repair and renovation of Padarth Pana Chaupal in Village Mitraon, Delhi. Bids must be submitted online by November 13, 2025, at 15:00 hours. The work is estimated to cost Rs. 37,81,**** and will take 120 days. The earnest money deposit is 2% of the tendered amount. The contractor must provide ESI and EPF registration. The contractor must comply with all labor laws. The work will be subject to third-party quality assurance.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 120 days from the 15th day after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
The final bill payment to the contractor shall be released only after satisfactory report of TPQA is received prior to every running bill.
The contractor shall be held responsible/liable full life span minimum twelve 12 months of capital asset created, whenever any deficiency/short coming/break down is observed which shows that the work has not been executed as per prescribed specifications/standard or its shows that quality/quantities of the items or material used are deficient.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.
The participating contractors should upload self-attested copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: copy of GST registration, registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, cpwd, railway and bsnl along with the proof of registration from respective department, scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd, scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration, copy of pan no, valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id, all the requisite documents must be self-attested before uploading.
If any tenderer withdraws his tender or makes any modification in the terms conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after last date of submission of bids, then the government shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50 of earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor.
