The tender is for the fabrication of a stall and associated services for the India Manufacturing Show IMS 2025. The deadline for receipt of the tender is on or before **** hrs. on 27. 10. 2025. The agency should be prepared to execute the fabrication by 5th November 2025 **** hours. The offer should remain valid till 90 days from the date of opening of bid. The security deposit will be 5% of the total award value. The payment will be made within 45 days for MSMEs, 60 days for medium enterprises, 90 days for non MSME by NEFT/RTGS from the date of receipt of indiscrepant bill subject to conditions mentioned in taxes duties. Any delay in completion of the job will invite imposition of LD @1 per hour or part thereof on contract value subject to a maximum of 10 of the total value.

Interested agencies must meet eligibility criteria, including registration, minimum five-year operation, and specific project experience in zoos, breeding centers, protected areas, and government departments. Experience in forest and wildlife is preferred. Agencies must agree to the scope of work and provide a qualified team. A full-fledged establishment within India is required. Earnest money deposit (EMD) is required. Minimum three-year similar work experience is needed. GST and income tax registration are mandatory. Minimum annual turnover of **** lacs is required. Good track record in government PSUs is required, along with a good conduct certificate and affidavit stating no pending court cases or blacklisting. The agency is responsible for maintenance for three years. Contingency architecture/estimate charges are not payable. The agency is expected to finish the designing and implementation of the signage work within 45 days from the allotment of the tender. A 3-year warranty on all signages is required. Prior approval regarding designing and site of the work from the inspector wildlife is required. The EMD will be released upon successful completion of work. Penalty may be levied for non-supply of goods or non-execution of work within the delivery period. Sub-tendering/sub-letting of contract work will make the contractor liable to blacklisting. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rohtak. Use of substandard material is not allowed. The contractor will have to deposit 5% of the total value of the tender as security immediately within 5 days after getting the work order. Payment will be made after verification of executed works. The defect liability/maintenance period is three years from the date of completion. The successful bidder has to start the work within three days of communication of approval. The technical bid should consist of experience certificates, registration documents, PAN card, EPF/ESI/labor department registration (if required), GST registration, income tax returns for the last three years, and an undertaking regarding unconditional acceptance of terms and conditions. Financial bid should quote rates inclusive of all taxes and statutory obligations. The tender will be valid up to 31. 03. 2026. The quantity of work may increase or decrease as per requirement. All bids will be opened by the tender evaluation committee at the specified time. Bidders are advised to go through all the tender conditions. The Divisional Wildlife Officer, Rohtak reserves the right to accept or reject any or cancel the tender without assigning any reason. The successful bidder has to complete the work within the assigned period. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall remain valid for the entire period of contract. Any complaint of less wage payment or delay in payment of wages may also lead to imposition of penalty. The work will be carried out in strict supervision of field staff. The successful bidder should ensure adequate protection for the assets created at the site. The tenderer shall abide by the provisions made under the labor laws and other relevant statutes. The successful bidder should ensure full compliance with tax laws of India. Failure to comply with the requirements of above clauses shall constitute sufficient grounds for the annulment of the work order and forfeiture of bid security/performance security. The successful bidder has to produce duly completed books of accounts/documents as and when required by the competent authority. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall remain valid for the entire period of contract. In the event of non-execution of the work, the security deposit shall be forfeited.
