Material must be supplied within the time specified by the BDO. The l1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the bdo concerned and contract period is up to 31st March 2027.
Payment is made by the BDO. The cost of the material shall be paid to the vendor supplier by the bdo concerned. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, freight, loading, unloading.
Contract awarded to the lowest bidder (L1). The supply order shall be given to the lowest bidder by the respective block development officer and arriving at the minimum supply rates.
