The work must be completed within 20 days as stated: period of workdays 20.

Payment is made after completion: payment will be made to the contractor after completion of the whole work satisfactorily. . . at the rate of 92 percent upon the value of the works actually executed.

Warranty period is 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from delivery: retention money which will be payable to the contractor after the expiry of the warranty period i. e. twelve months from the date of commissioning or eighteen months from the date of delivery whichever is earlier.

Bidders must submit trade license, PAN, GSTIN and affidavit: trade license, pan card, valid 15digit goods and services taxpayer identification number gstin under gst act, 2017 are to be submitted alongwith the technical bid documents.

Withdrawal during validity forfeits EMD: if the bidder withdraws the bid during the validity period of bid, the earnest money as deposited will be forfeited forthwith.

Site visit is encouraged but not mandatory: the bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings.

False documents lead to rejection: if it comes to the notice of the tender inviting authority that the credential or any other paper. . . is found incorrect manufactured fabricated, that bidder would not be allowed to participate in the tender.

The estimated cost is INR 183,026: estimated cost excluding 3 money rs contingency rs. 183, 026.

The work completion period is specified as 30 days in the tender document.

Bids may be rejected if not accompanied with the requisite amount of earnest money or if failing in fulfillment of any of the above clauses will result in outright rejection of the bid at techno-commercial evaluation stage.
