The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 01 month from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first day of handing over of the site, whichever is later.

Payment on account of work done on the allotted rates shall be made to the contractor after deduction of security deposit @2. 50 and other charges etc. from running bills as well as the final bill.

The enlistment of intending contractors should be valid on the last date of submission of bids. The copy of the enlistment certificate and other documents as specified above in etender notice shall be scanned and uploaded.

The agency will provide caution tapes signs around the work excavated trenches pits, manholes roof edges etc. with his own cost otherwise 1 one percent penalty of total work will be deducted.

The intending bidders/contractors are advised to inspect and examine the site its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders/bids.

If the bidder does not deposit online emd of requisite value, then tender will be rejected summarily. The bidder is found ineligible. The successful tenderer after becoming lowest does not submit the hard copies of the documents as uploaded online with the bid within seven days.

The estimated cost of work is Rs. 3,92,000. This estimate, however, is given merely as a rough guide.

Contractors must be registered with UT of J&K, CPWD, Railways or other state/central governments. approved and eligible contractors registered with ut of jandk govt. , cpwd, railways and other statecentral governments

Penalty up to 10% of contract for delay. penalty up to maximum of 10 of the contract shall be imposed

Bidders who participated in 2024-25/2025-26 and did not complete works, left midway, or did not start are not eligible. The bidders who had participated in **** and has not completed the works within stipulated time framewho had left the work midway who had not startedtaken up the works are strictly not eligible.
