Payments are made online only. all the payments i. e. earnest money, tender form fee and processing fee shall be applicable and will be made online only. 10% security is deducted from each bill.

The security amount is released after a defect liability period: released after successful completion of 1 year defect liability period which commences from the date of completion of work.

Tenders are invited on percentage rates basis above, below or at par the dnit amount on double bid system.

Bidders must be enlisted with the municipal corporation, moga or with any other govt. department as civil contractor building contractorroad works contractor.

Conditional tenders are rejected and earnest money forfeited: conditional tender will be rejected and earnest money will be forfeited.

Contractors must arrange a core cutter machine for sample checking: contractor must havearrange core cutter machine for extraction of cores from the running work for sample checking.

Bids are rejected if documents are false: if any document is found false, fraud and fake after verification, then action will be taken accordingly. Also, unbalancedconditional tender will be rejected.

Each work item has a time limit of 3 to 4 months, as stated: time limitno. 1 **** **** 4 months and 20 laying of interlocking tiles streets in ward no 40 **** **** 4 months.
